Tracy joined SBTi in 2023 from Deloitte, where she led climate impact strategies and partnerships for North and South Europe. Over twenty years, Tracy has worked on initiatives at the intersection of business and social impact in the UK, the US, Southern Africa, and Southeast Asia.
In 2017 Tracy founded a social enterprise to give consumers and early-career job seekers insight into corporate social and environmental policies. Previously, she was Mozambique country director for GAIN, an international NGO engaging business for large scale nutrition impact. Tracy has also worked with major business associations on supplier development programmes, advised INGOs and bilateral donors on equitable economic development programmes, and acted as senior private sector development advisor to the Mozambican Ministry of Science and Technology.
Tracy holds an MSc in international development policy from University of Reading, an MBA from the University of Texas, and a BA in international studies from Ohio State University. Tracy is based in Bristol, UK.
