Olga Aulet-Leon is the Director of ESG & Sustainability at Lucid Motors, leading sustainability efforts across the global business. She has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, starting with supply chain management before transitioning to sustainability fulltime in 2017. She combines her background in economics with her passion for sustainability in her approach to improving social and environmental impact in the corporate world. She has extensive experience in various sustainability areas including sustainability strategy, decarbonization, human rights, carbon accounting, partnerships, water and climate risk and opportunities, employee engagement, and more. Olga has her Master’s in International Relations from Syracuse University and Bachelor’s in Business Economics, with a Minor in Environmental Systems and Society, from UCLA.
