Mallory is the Climate and Environment Program Associate at UN Global Compact Network USA. In this role, Mallory coordinates the Climate Ambition Accelerator, a 6-month program to help companies create science-based targets and implement emissions reduction strategies aligned with the 1.5℃ pathway. In addition, she organizes events and creates content to engage the private sector in climate action and environmental issues.
Most recently, Mallory worked as a Research Associate at the consulting firm Lotus Engineering and Sustainability. She developed Greenhouse Gas Inventories and emissions reduction strategies for public and private sector clients across the Western United States. She also worked at the international policy research institute, Pardee Center for International Futures and contributed to research on inequality and conflict risk for the Swiss Program for Research on Global Issues for Development (r4d) in Geneva, Switzerland. While in Geneva, Mallory worked with officials from the United Nations and Red Cross to help organize an event on environmental migration and conflict during Geneva Peace Week.
Mallory co-authored an article in the peer-reviewed journal, Climate and Development and wrote a chapter for a USAID report on environmental change and food security. Mallory holds a BA in International Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
